CEO of MedHealth Tim Morphy said the report represents MedHealth’s commitment to transforming purpose into impact, and to building stronger communities.
“For a long time, we have tracked our impact through the number of people we support each year. And that is still the most significant indicator of impact across all MedHealth businesses.
“In 2025, we have supported 522,887 people. And when you consider that each of those 522,887 people is part of a community, you start to get a good sense of the positive impact we all have on the communities in which we live and work.
“We wanted to take this a step further and take a deeper look at where and how we make a difference, and in doing so, build a foundation for continuous improvement. We will always keep working for better outcomes for the people we serve,” he said.
The MedHealth Social Impact Report 2025 looks at six key pillars – people supported, team members, industry contributions, community, economy and the environment.
MedHealth will now report annually, sharing this report with its team members and publicly.
Morphy added, “This report has captured just some of the ways we support people across Australia.
“We have known for a long time that what we do matters and we are single-minded about delivering on our purpose to help people reach life goals and support them with work and health.”
