Chief Corporate Officer

With over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, Elke has led cross functional teams to achieve strategic business outcomes. She brings an unwavering commitment to co-design, working strategically and diligently to ensure that corporate services functions empower our clients and customers, and enable our people to thrive in their roles.

As Chief Corporate Officer, Elke plays a pivotal role on MedHealth’s executive team, shaping and executing the company’s overarching business strategy. She leads several key corporate functions, including sustainability, corporate affairs and corporate social responsibility, aligning them with MedHealth’s long term vision.

Since joining IPAR – one of MedHealth’s businesses – as Executive Manager in 2011, Elke has built and aligned corporate services capability to support scalable growth and operational excellence. She was previously the General Manager of Organisational Excellence for the Work Health Group.

She holds a Masters of Business Administration, Masters of Psychology, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She was also a deserving recipient of the Exceptional Leadership Award from the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association.

In her time away from work, Elke enjoys exploring nature hiking, discovering other cultures through travel, and loves the mindful benefits of cooking, sailing and knitting.
