Chris Weatherall 

Executive Director – Mergers and Acquisitions

Chris is the Executive Director for Mergers and Acquisitions at MedHealth, leading the group’s growth strategy through acquisitions and partnerships. He works closely with the Executive and leadership teams to identify opportunities and integrate businesses into MedHealth’s family of brands.

Chris is passionate about helping founders realise the value of their businesses and ensuring that value grows through seamless integration with MedHealth – ultimately supporting thousands of people each year to achieve better work and health outcomes.

Before joining MedHealth, Chris was an Executive Director at a mid-market corporate advisory firm, advising private business owners on capital raising and business sales to large corporates and private equity. He also supported listed companies with buy-side strategies.

Earlier in his career, he worked in London and Sydney for international corporate advisory firms, building deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions.

Chris is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family, camping in the bush, cycling and travelling.
