As Divisional Executive General Manager – NDIS Services, Ben provides strategic leadership and advocacy across MedHealth’s disability and aged care businesses, ensuring people accessing therapy and behaviour support can lead more functional, independent and fulfilling lives.

Since 2020, Ben has guided the growth of MedHealth’s disability and aged care businesses from a single start-up to one of Australia’s largest therapy and behaviour support groups. His leadership is grounded in a commitment to building strong teams, supporting professional growth, and embedding excellence in service delivery. A strong advocate for governance, compliance, and innovation, Ben ensures the division remains a safe and reliable partner for clients, referrers and the wider community.

Before taking on his current role, Ben held senior leadership positions across MedHealth, including Group Executive for the Workplace Rehabilitation portfolio and General Manager of IPAR, a leading workplace rehabilitation provider.
