Caroline Hudson
Chief People Officer
Chief People Officer for MedHealth, Caroline Hudson has more than 30 years of experience working in the health sector nationally and internationally. She is passionate about unlocking workforce potential and creating environments where people can do their best work meeting the needs of their communities.
Through the People & Culture function, Caroline’s focus is to build on MedHealth’s inclusive culture by strengthening leadership capability and people practices that support both local needs and group-wide connection. She leads People and Culture, Learning and Organisational Development, and Workplace Health and Safety, across MedHealth.
Caroline’s most recent role is with a publicly listed leading Saudi healthcare organisation called Fakeeh Care Group – with 7,000 employees across 11 subsidiary companies in several countries across the Middle East. She was a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry from 2023 to 2024 – a leading global consulting firm known for helping organisations align their strategy and talent.
During COVID, Caroline led all People and Culture functions as the Group Chief Workforce and OD Officer for SEHA, the UAE’s largest healthcare network, which spearheaded the UAE’s national COVID-19 response. The UAE was ranked first globally for its COVID-19 response and resilience, according to the Pandemic Resilience Index 2022, compiled by the US-based Consumer Choice Centre.
Within Australia, Caroline has held executive roles with Mater Health Services Group in Queensland, BCI Technology, Wesfarmers (the Australian Railroad Group a national joint venture), the Departments of Land Information and Premier & Cabinet WA.
