Executive General Manager – Risk, Governance & Compliance

Claire Baker is the Executive General Manager – Risk, Governance & Compliance at MedHealth, appointed to the role in 2025. Claire joined MedHealth in 2022, initially leading the Organisational Excellence, Audit and Compliance function, where she played a key role in strengthening policy, risk management and governance frameworks.

Prior to joining MedHealth, Claire spent over 15 years’ leading national employment service providers to achieve high performance and best practice across compliance, audit, and service delivery. A highly capable senior manager, Claire is recognised as a strategic thinker with a practical, solutions-focused approach to delivering effective policy, system and technical outcomes. Claire has also been the lead writer on multiple successful government tenders.

Claire holds a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia, is a Certified Information Security Management Systems Lead Implementer (ISO 27001) and has completed a Master of Arts (Communications) from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Western Australia.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys community volunteering, bush walking, travel, Pilates and live music.
