As Divisional Executive General Manager – Employment Services, Steve provides strategic leadership across atWork Australia’s national employment services operations. With more than 22 years of industry experience and 20 years in leadership roles, he is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing people, and creating a culture focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for clients, employers and communities.

Since joining atWork Australia in 2012, Steve has played a significant role in the organisation’s national growth and operational excellence. He has helped lead the business through major contract transitions, periods of expansion and important milestones, always maintaining a strong focus on clients, people and service excellence. Since securing the Disability Employment Services contract in 2018, he has played a key role in strategic expansion across multiple states, expanding atWork Australia’s national footprint to more than 350 locations.

Steve’s commitment to creating a culture of belonging began early in his career through his study of Auslan, just one example of his longstanding belief in inclusion, accessibility and creating opportunities for people from all backgrounds.
